A comprehensive mobile application redesign and optimization strategy engineered to scale a peer-to-peer secondary ticketing platform into a highly competitive product ecosystem. Built upon precise information architecture, the interface was rearchitected across 21 release cycles to deploy 7 new macro-features, successfully managing over 3 million unique users and 500k registered profiles. The localized framework supports 4 international languages and integrates ancillary tourism experiences into the core event flow, bridging mobile interaction with high-impact Out-of-Home (OOH) physical campaigns. This performance-driven architecture sustained a Top 5 App Store ranking with 300k downloads and a 93% five-star review rate, fueling an 80% organic user base, 5 million euros in transaction volume, and a +150% year-over-year revenue expansion. I managed the end-to-end UX/UI workflow, aligning user behavior research with interface performance to optimize conversions and scalable transaction value.
